The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands declares that It will Open it's Ports to Kiravian Cargoships to bost up Trade with outside nations. This would be good for both Economies.

The Empire has responded in kind by opening ports in the colonies of Ťveria, Izaphira, and Kilonesia to Ryouan ships. Hopefully, the Ryouan and Colonial economies will be mutually benefitted by the trade agreement.
