I have to say I'm really enjoying it so far. It's so...Desperate and conflicted :D And all the underhandedness!

Makes me proud. Just wish Daniel had wider eyes, so I can get a better view...I hate being just a voice...:P

Ah, the ol NS I remember still exists well and true. (If RL wouldn't get in my way and all.)

Is it me, or was FT around here on the downswing when i was last here? (Probably just me. Yeah, it's me. All me. I'm nutz. =<>=;;; )

That's it! We're replacing all lethal weapons with tickle feathers! All FT players must comply! That means the GE Death Star has to replace it's superlaser array with a big FAT feather, and tickle planets to death.

It's a revolutionary method of brutal warfare, this I say!!

(And across the Force, a billion voices cried out in laughter, and then were silenced in disbelief.

The horror....)

Feathers...I don't think that would go well with Chronosia unless his daemons are replaced by giant chocobos.

Who is Mirth in the thread?

So now for my post.

Panda nation size HAS everything to do with the tech level. You still need the population to support the research, funding, and logistics. Even for automated services you still need population to repair and program them.

I am also going to state this you are fooling no one Asfaltum.

Hate to be a bother, but a planetcracker isn't that hard. Especially if you can make decent-sized fusion weapons and have a basic knowledge of metalurgy.

Of course I'm not going to say HOW to do it...that'll just be my little secret :P

Especially claiming to have five ships designed to destroy the Death Star by themselves and 150 ships that were made to sound like they were full of bombs that were "planetkillers" without even encountering said Deathstar or the Empire before.

Granted I am new on the GE stage and might have missed the epic war against giant drinking pandas but I haven't heard of Pandaria until this Thread OOCly or ICly. Actually I just looked through your posting history of 25 posts and your only encounter with any GE members were several times you accosted Chron OOCly in "A Holy Crusade" and in "Founding an Alliance". Other than that, your sole RPing has been in "Friends of a Fiery Feather" and the threads associated with this story line.

There is no way you could have gained IC knowlege the others on NS had not been able to get through hours of actual gameplay. That would be like everyone deciding your super-secret location of your homeworld is well known. Since they are "secret", you cannot have any outside contact with them and would not know anything about the rest of NS, much less devise weapons designed to remove a certain unique weapon the GE possesses. You have to encounter things ICly either through direct role play or by association (like your merchants/spies buy info from someone that RPed getting it) before you can do the R&D to develop things. We all have to. Also, a spy network has to be RPed with the nations that they are infiltrating, you cannot just claim to have it like you did in earlier in this storyline.

It is for these reasons (unless you change) I have decided that if we were to ever encounter each other I would remove my artificial restraints (reduction of abilities for balance purposes) when fighting such a powerful opponant (as you pretend to be). That is only for encounters against Panda and not other players.

I am assuming the Heart Thread will also use this Thread for OOC and because of this reasoning, I just have to ask the other players if it is just my imagination that Panda is overdoing everything again.

the anti cloaking devices, that are cloaked mind you, can inhibit an entire system of cloaked ships. Ya right...

I object to the use of the word "undetectable", espeically if in their wanky function they radiate big waves of energy.

Well, my antistealth ships will reveal all anyway, so it's kinda moot.

You know, considering BSG "stealth" is just the use of black-body materials anyway, would a shockwave of any sort reveal it, unless it blew up? I mean, it kinda has the same reaction as the stellar medium to anything you throw at it, especially tachyons, which just pass through literally everything anyway...

BSG stealth is quite simple. It is a FT variation of the modern world, like most of the technology in the show. The stealth star uses a composite alloy to absorb Sensor waves, and for those that it does not absorb, the angles are designed to angle the sensors away from the ship tryign to detect it, almost exactly like modern stealth fighters.

It's engines, when in stealth mode emmit low power, and the lights in the cockpit turn off, to try it's best to mimic background radiation. It does not use any cloaking devices. It really is a Stealth Fighter, except it can go in space. Is it undetectable, normally yes, but there are many ways that it can be seen. I do not have magical methods to deter all ways of tracking. If you have any questions about my technology please feel free to TG me for MSN or contact me via msn.
