NEO SAVANNAH, a city not what it once was. War, war is a horrid thing, and it does horrid things to great cities and to people. Neo Savannah was an especially horrible example of this. Inlayed with this rubble, the bodies of 3.5 million people and 1.2 trillion dollars, and the epitome of the worst tragedy the Far Echo Islands has ever seen. But there was no putting down such a great nation, Echoese were a fiercely patriotic bunch, not ready to take the losses so easily or be put down by them. The National Anthem was played as the flag was raised over the ruins. The Grand Arbiter was scheduled to speak that afternoon, but for now, the Anthem gave way to the sounds bulldozers and other industrial equipment.

The Government of Fordock will Donate 25 Million in funds to help with the rebuilding.

Many nations are foulish. This is but the only time I have witnessed Akimonad speak in such a way. None the less, that was indeed a rather humorous threat, though I admire their disreguard for higher power. Such trates are hard to find in many human nations today. People are afraid to meet death, and so fear consumes them. However, many humans are of the opposite path, and are aggrivatingly boistrous, such as the Ryou Black Islands, and other nations I wish not to mention. Fah, the exausting randomness of humanity! It's just a picture, what's the big issue?

The same thing could be said about any picture of a destroyed city, like Hiroshima. I don't see what the problem is. I'm not offended, and I'm an American, so that's that in my opinion.

Ah, good to see we're all on the same page now.

The aid was well recived in the Far Echo Islands, though dissappointed that Zoingoian aid had been turned away, the Zoingoian spirt was still in the Hemogomy aid. The debris was begining to be cleared away, things were progressing well, if one overlooked the numerous body bags. But a memorial was being made to commermerate them.

Cookesland, I undestand your opinion, but I don't think the flag replacement over that picture is much of an insult. And I'm one of the more National-Pride obsessed people I know. [Although, I do write in British English, and have applied for dual citizenship in Canada].

Yep. Canada is one of those countries that recognizes dual citizenship. My application was rejected, though. I passed the test on Canadia politics and history(without studying), and proved that I was fluent in both French and English, but rejected on the grounds that I did not live in Canada for a sufficient amount of time. Oh well. I'm sure there's some little third-world backwater that'll host some Yank's offshore accounts. Maybe St. Kitts,.....

I'd like to be a dual citizen mostly because of illiberalization of US law, and the requirement that I have to support one of 2 parties, neither of which I beleive to be protecting the rights and ideals that this nation was founded on, in order to have my voice heard in a democracy.

I'm not one of the UK Generalites that believes that America is going to be destroyed by China and the Muslim world in an apocalyptic war. I doubt that that's even possible. However, I think that some American laws, both national and local, are beginning o infringe upon my rights. For example, banning trans-fat and [the proposed ban] of the word "bitch" in New York.

It's also not as if I'm about to jump on a plane and zip off to New Zealand if the next piece of legislation is vetoed, and I'm going to stand by my country, however stupid its actions may be. Contrastively, I don't want to live someplace where I can't speak freely or sell legitimate goods to support myself without having some sort of alternative.
