The Uir Mining Corporation Stock Exchange (UMCSX) is opening it's market to foreign shareholders. Here are the rules:

1. Every corporation has 100,000,000 shares.
2. Every corporation has 50,100,000 shares.
3. Only individuals or corporations may buy shares
4. Every corporation has the right to buy-back shares at the current market price and put them back on the market.
5. The UMCSX (me) shall generate prices once a week.
6. No shareholder may own more than 40,000,000 shares in one corporation.
7. Share price = dividend entitled to with purchase x 1.5
8. All prices are in USD
9. Corporations may leave and enter the market as they please. When they leave, all the shares are bought back.
10. If a corporation leaves and then re-enters its stocks are as if it is a new corporation.
11. Only legal persons residing in a state with a free market may purchase stocks.
