The Far Echo Islands War had ended in Peace with no side gaining a Victory over the other. On The Ryou Black Islands, The world's newest Maoist nation, The Ryous were proud of their nation and their new Government.

While it was well known that Communist Nations used people like animals, The Ryous were not any other Communists, They used their people like People. Civil Rights were better for most People.

The only ones that did not have Civil Rights were Nazis, They down right hunted down and sent to the Revolutionary Inquisition that was set up to end the Nazis.

and Nazis were Beheaded or hanged.

Jews, Roman Catholics, Syriac Christians, Muslims and Shinos along with Those that still Worshiped Umi no Kami were getting a lot better in Civil Rights, since 50% of Ryous were part of Assyrian Church of the East and 20%were Roman Catholics. In fact more Buildings for Religions were going up around the Islands.

a Cult of personality was also forming since everyone liked Rei Nakagishima, (All but Nazis and Fordockians) and Buildings were being named after her.

Our country's aid is not a magnanimous gesture motivated by a desire to aid the RBI; we have no problems with providing economic and reconstruction aid, but our desire here is motivated more by mutual self interest than anything else. We wish to expand our economic influence in the region, and by enriching the Black Islands in the process we hope to ensure their cooperation.

We have zero reason to see the RBI as anything more than another nation interested in shaping itself according to its desires, and so we will continue to negotiate with them as a sovereign nation as we see fit.

Fordock resents such an untrueful statement. Fordock was unwilling to make peace as so not to make our soldiers losses in vain. We have reached a cease-fire with TRBI for the most part. At least we aren't actively shooting at each other at the moment. And who can say the Ryou do not deserve it? Even the current government would condemn the further seeing as both are dictorial states whereas the current took over the later by such barbaric methods as assassination. Fordock advises all nations not to trade with TRBI and to embargo him as well. We will starve him out if we work together and though for a while the people will suffer when the RBI become peaceful the people will prosper.

Consumer Technologies has already sent shipments to begin the reconstruction effort and numerous representatives to oversee the projects. The Board is also fully prepared to trade with the Ryou Black Islands, regardless of calls for economic sanctions from previously hostile nations.

The Fordockians maintained a certain level of sencibility within the negociations, while most others were only concerned about their payment of currency. Might I also remind that I have no bitterness toward anyone. I am far to active in my obligations to hold such grudges. However, I have plenty of reason to be concerned about the national status of both the Ryou Black Islands and the Far Echoe Islands, for both seem to lack a certain... sanity... within their reasoning.
