In an effort to help start a revival of the ancient ways of chivalry, honorable duels, and the standards that once existed as a guideline for the nobility of the world to live by have fallen out of use by the majority of nobles. To answer this the Crown Prince, Olaf IV of the main Imperial line Erid, has called for a meeting of the nobility of the nations of the world. As well, the purpose of this meeting is to have a large meeting of nobles from the whole of the world so as to start the widespread revival of the ancient manners that the nobility once lived by.

So we hope all will come to the meeting at the Imperial Palace of the Scandinvans where the nobles will meet to discuss the revival of the ancient ways of the nobility. As for lodgings they will be fully supplied by the Imperial family at not cost to any noble attending. To note this will be open for entire families to come so feel free to come with your families as any lodgings given will be more then adequate to accommodate a noble family of any size in comforting befitting high nobles.

Requirements to Attend:

1. Must be able to prove noble descent back at least nine generations.
2. Must be able to pay for their own transport to the palace.
3. Must be versed in manners befitting a noble.
4. Must hold a noble title or simply be descended from old noble classes of their ancestral nation.

Goals of the Congress:

1. The revival of chivalry.
2. The return of honor to the nobility of the world.
3. Reestablish a guideline for nobles to live their lives by.

Allotments:

1. The right to bear swords on the grounds of the palace.
2. Duels, NOT to the death, are allowed.
3. The right to wear armor and traditional clothing on the grounds and to the Congress.
4. The right to defend one’s honor.
5. Housing for the noble attending, retinue, and family attending, free of charge.

There they advanced and conquered the largely primitive armies of the barbarian king Merset and proceeded to settle what became known as the kingdom of Xeraph. Years later, they ventured across the Inland Sea and took possession of the Archipelago Islands and the island called Noutras. It was there that the Kingdom of Black Shadows was established along with the Kingdom of The Black Katanas. Upon the death of Alaric, Sethanis was selected to become one of the Regents Of the Xeraphian Empire along with Prince Vlad of The Grey Phoenix and Prince John of The Isles of Xeraph. He and they will remain in this position until the time of the ascendance of the future Xeraphian Emperor.

He took over the Dukedom at age thirty three with the untimely death of his brother Arnold the Lesser at the hands of an assassin. he has ruled the Dukedom with a strong but fair hand. Ozgood has been noted as wishing to instill higher Ideals among his people.

Bio: Most of the rule of King Arthur has been immortalised in a series of interconnected legends which first originated during the later Middle Ages. Most prominent was the statement that Arthur and his loyal knights had not died, but merely slept in a cave somewhere until such time as Britain needed their assistance once more. With the ascension of a Labour prime minister to a fourteenth term, the hour was nigh, and Arthur and his knights were revived and proceeded to traipse around scaring the pants off just about everybody.

It would be a lie to say that Arthur and his knights have any knowledge of modern money; but the appearance of an armoured skeleton carrying a big sword will probably be enough to convince any airline pilot to take the legendary King and his knights aboard.

Bio: Sir Steelstone was born in the Union of Kirverda, one of the Homelands of the Kiravian Empire, to one of the Empire's oldest noble families. He inherited the title of his birth when his father, Lord Ærin Steelforest, was killed in battle in the Belfastian War. He sought vengance, but was stricken by severe influenza on his journey to the Koronet Outpost, the last remaining Kiravian colony in Balfastia. He was bedridden for 2 years, after which he began his exploratory and colonial endeavours. He currently resides on his estate in the city of Wintertree, in Inner Kirverda.
