As some of you in the vast NS world may know, the Kiravian Empire is not a single nation, but hundreds of colonies, associated countries, and other states, all united under one, supra-national, government.

Each province of the Empire has its own identity, its own culture, and often its own language. The Imperial Convention is an event where all of the provinces send a delegation to Kartika, the capital city, to show off something from their home country.

Exhibitions vary from art, to inventions, to flags, to food, to the latest music.

All, from far and wide are invited to Kartika for this most glorius celebration of the diversity of the Empire.

Ministry of State

The Vetalian government will send a delegation from our enclave in Yarkai to educate the world on the merits of this program as well as demonstrate the economic prowess and technical strength of our nation. In addition, displays of the Emperor's new five-year-plan and the goals of our nation in the next decade will be provided.

We hope this will be an accurate perspective on the state of affairs in our nation.

Controller 1 looked at the message that flashed across his data screen. "A festival? Interesting." He knew the reputation that Kirav held, and the state was always open to learning of other cultures. After much deliberation, the chief of the Bureau of Culture was chosen to be sent to Kartika. Controller 1 could barely stand the Chief, but he was good at his job. Greetings, we would love to attend this cultural celebration. Austin Teas, our Cultural Chief will arrive in Kartika in a week. He will be accompanied by his Pomerianian Dog Fluffy. We wish success on all of your festivities.
