In the world, there are many drugs that blight the world: heroin, cocaine, ecstasy.

However, some new, alarming drugs may have an affect on your nation soon...

Hyperspeed

Refined from a rare plant, the drug, when taken in a dose of about 10 mg, cause massive hyperactivity, lasting for a few hours.

The drug is expensive, selling for $150 on the streets. HOwever, it is very addictive, and trying to get off it will kill you.

Sidefeects include cold sweats, mind troubles, and eventually dementia.

ODs are known to kill people through massive internal haemorriging.

ZEN

A drug that causes the consiousness to be severed temporarily, causing complete freedom for the mind. It is sold at around $30, and is not addictive.

There are no side effects, but use is deterred by ODs: the mind is separated permantly from the body.

When it regains consiusness, a completely different consicousness will inhabit the brain....

And these drugs are slowly spreading to other countries...

On news of the new drugs, the Vanek'ian government immediately tightened border security even more. That's on the ground, on the sea, and in the air. Also, all people found with the new drugs known as "ZEN" and "Hyperspeed" will be thrown in prison for a minimum of 5 years, and tortured to find out more about how these drugs are getting in. ZEN and Hyperspeed are classified as "illegal substance abuse items, put extreme change on the body, especially ZEN". Though it is thought that Hyperspeed may be leaked towards the Vanek'ian football team through the government after all of their disappointing performances through World Cup 37.

OOC: Just kidding about the football thing.

The Experimental Communes of Mephras would like to inquire into purchasing a large quantity of Zen. We would also be interested in production rights. Safe drug use is a pillar of happiness in our nation.

Free Socialist Allies will broadcast news reports and increase education about the effects of these drugs. They will remain legal, as is our policy with all personal use drugs, however, a heavy tax will be placed on imports through our borders.
