Official Communique' to the many Nations

We of Vandaheim hereby open our borders to the many Nations of Nationstates and wish to have the honor and privilege of hosting an Embassy from your fine nation. We look forward to an era of improved communication and understanding with your nation and hope for a prosperous future together.

Vandaheimian Embassy Protocols:

Provision I: The arriving nations shall respect the laws and territories of the Dominion surrounding their embassies and respect our sovereignty.

Provision II: All primary embassies will be situated in the Capitol City of Karol. Additional Embassies in other cities may be available upon request. Embassy Land will be considered the hosted countries soil.

Provision III: The total amount of personnel shall not exceed three hundred persons. This does not include the family of the ambassador or diplomat.

Provision IV: Firearms are allowed for security purposes, though no weapon shall be greater 7.62mm shall be allowed. No high explosives are allowed. The total number of weapons will not exceed 50% of embassy personnel.(If you are unsure your weapons will be allowed, please submit them for review).

Provision V: No more than two [2] non-armed helicopters are allowed. Armored Vehicles are allowed, although the weapons limitation of Provision IV still pertain. All landing/parking space will be provided. (If you are unsure whether your vehicles are allowed, submit them for review and we will respond as soon as possible)
