Personally, I believe it's a bit more effective to offer help:

Russian Armor (http://russianarmor.info/)
The Armor Site (http://www.fprado.com/armorsite/main.html)
Army Technology: Armored Fighting Vehicles (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/#Armoured_Fighting_Vehicles)

Even Wikipedia offers basic information, although you should really be careful about what you read and see if it's sourced or not. I've written for Wikipedia, although not for any modern tank; I wrote the T-26, Panzer I and Ch'onma-ho tank articles. I no longer write for the encyclopedia, though.

I plan to start a website on post-Second World War armor soon, but I don't know when I will be able to start it. I have things going on right now which impede me from living a normal life, but I'll get through it within 31 days. Maybe I'll even write a book for Osprey within the year. <_< >_>

Check out the stats on the following modern battle tanks before creating your own. They set the standard.

Too light.

Main gun too small.

Most likely the MG should be 0.50 Caliber (12.7 mm) and not 50 mm (2")

A foot of Titanuim?

Max speed too fast for a tracked vehicle (unless thrown and worn out treads every 10 miles is good enough)

Pilot=driver
Navigator=Commander/Driver's assistant
Mechanic=loader

The description is awfully vague.

Seems more like a Wespe to me. Light, tracked, gun carrier. If the 101st decided to fix the stats up a little bit he might just have himself a pretty decent little airborne tank.

Well, it's not too fast for a maximum speed. I would simply assume the engine has a governor which will reduce the velocity in which the tank can hit, but the maximum speed can still be higher. For example, the maximum speed of the M1 Abrams is not 40 mph, but governed that is as fast as it can go.

Right now, the Russian 2S31 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_es77VOIpQ) would clean house against this thing.

2S25 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtB4sowp1cs)
Its stats (http://warfare.ru/?catid=240&linkid=1579)

BMD-3s outfitted with 120 mm gun-mortars and 125 mm guns respectively.

The engine governer isn't the only thing that limits speed, such as wear and tear on the tacks, those pins can only take so much force before they shear...

Plus then you start hitting issues with the, transaxle/transmission/steering box, idler and return rollers.
(Driving an M113 for example, is very much like driving a [farm] tractor without a steering wheel, and has a tendancy to turn to one side or the other when slowing down)

Not to mention the amount of ground it will literally tear up.
