The Humane Act is an act so all will be good. I will hope that the slavery in the Trojan Empire can be solved peacefully, that the drilling can go on without the killing of the tribes there, and, that the endangered animals can be brought back to life.

The terms are to always consider humane options. Never adopt slavery, these kinds of things.
While Mephras supports the goodwill behind this act, we suggest that a more in depth and descriptive charter be laid out before we would agree to it. We would also suggest looking into current alliances such as the Free World Alliance or the United Civil Rights Alliance that have charters which seek to achieve goals similar to your own. We are interested to see how this treaty is further developed.
