OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM TSRT GOVERNMENT
"The General Secretary of the Totalitarian State of Red Tide has declared a travel ban on all foreign nationals attempting to visit the country for any none-trade or none-diplomatic purposes. We also are hereby confining all diplomatic and trade related nationals to their respective embassies/hotels/ports* until further notice, with the exception of those wishing to leave the nation.

Any foreign nationals who do not meet the criteria of being here for trade or diplomatic purposes are hereby ordered to leave the nation within the next 12 hours. Failure to do so will result in arrest, any and all belongings on person being confiscated for a indefinate period of time, and deportation. The same applies to foreign nationals who refuse to remain confined in their hotels/embassies/ports. In the case of embassies, if the nation who owns the embassy in question relies on outside-of-embassy sources for supplies, simply file a request with the Foreign Ministry and we will take care of all essentials.

This ban will remain intact until further notice."
End Statement

As Foreign Minister Gromkyo finished the statement, he felt a shiver crawl up his back. He knew what was coming, and he knew he was lucky enough to remain at his post. So was the Defense Minister and the Head of the Intellegince-Commissarat, the other ministers would not fare so well.

In the mountainous provinces along Red Tides Southern Coastline, the labor camps there were undergoing massive expansions in preperation for the people who would be coming. Those expansions would probably be spotted by spy sattelites, but what wouldnt would be seen would be the digging of mass graves taking place in the middle of forests.

The States power was going to be finalized... once and for all.

OOC: Feel free to roleplay whatever response you feel nessecary, however, if you wish to start a war... run it through me.

*Red Tidean harbors and airports are treated specially in the nation. Both are sealed off from the outside world by electric fences, harbors contain special motels and entertainment centers for ship crews, but crews of ships and airplanes who want to leave the airport and/or harbor have to recieve permission from both their government and a Red Tidean Major Commissar.

The Empire is willing to provide air transportation for any foreign nationals unable to meet the deportation deadline.
(OOC: I dunno If I've got an embassy in you, TSRT, but I'm gonna assume I do)

Also, our Embassy staff has contacted all 17 Kiravians in TSRT, and has evacuated them by helicopter, along with Embassy staff. We are officially closing our Embassy, and severing any and all diplomatic ties with TSRT. Trade ships from the Empire will be permitted to do buisness at the discretion of the Totalitarian State if they so wish.

Twelve Hours later, the Dacha of the CEO of the Tech-Com Corporation

"Sir." A butler said, sticking his head into the room of Vladimir Ilyich Gorbenko, "There are some Commissars here to see you."

Gorbenko blinked from his desk, sighed and stood up.

'What does the General-Secretary want now?' he wondered.

As he entered the front of his Dacha, he found the Commissars there... alot more of them then he expected but...

Gorbenko did a double take, he noticed that the Commissars had submachine guns and assault rifles in their hands.

"Vladimir Ilyich Gorbenko?" A Commissar with an assault rifle said in that cold voice the Commissars were so well known for.

"Yes?" Gorbenko asked, still thinking this was just some information that could not be transferred any other way then armed gaurd.

Two Commissars with submachine guns then fired three round bursts into both of Gorbenko's bodyguards

"You are under arrest." The lead Commissar said a split second later, as if his colleagues had not just shot the two bodygaurds.

Gorbenko was so shocked, he didnt put up any resistance when they cuffed him and led him away to a Commissarat armored van.

He would be the first of millions.

A few minutes later, the Interior Ministry.

Minister of Interior Grovench Mikhailovich Dredon was busy doing paper work when the door opened. Without glancing up, he said, "Yes?"

"Minister Dredon?" A cold voice said, "You are under arrest."

Dredon froze and his head worked upwards. He found himself staring at three Commissars with submachine guns.

"But... but..." Dredon began.

"Put your hands on your desk." The Commissar said.

"YOU CANT DO THIS!" Dredon suddenly began screaming, "DONT YOU KNOW WHO I AM! I'M-!"

HIs scream was cut short as the lead Commissar put a round through Dredon's head. He may have been important, but not important enough.

Every major Red Tidean City

Sometimes the person was just selected at random and taken away, sometimes the person had been already been chosen. The Intellegince-Commissarat was out enforce. Mass arrests all over the place. Soon trains were departing for the now expanded Gulags... and the towns near the forests where the mass graves were dug.

Ministry of State

While the Vetalian government protests the decision to force our nationals out of the country, we respect the decision of the government and will comply with this order. However, we are concerned that our personnel will not be able to be accommodated by existing facilities and may require additional expansions to prevent critical declines in our companies' economic output in Red Tide.

As a result, we implore you on the basis of our shared cultural ties to offer some leniency and give us the opportunity to adapt to this new decision. However, we will not question the decisions of your government and will comply if there is no other option.

Regards,
Proconsul Eveginy Alabayev
