Director Sakura Taisen's biographical film about from the island Chain of AHSCA has wrapped up it's principal photography and is ready to begin Post-Production, making it just in time for a promised Christmas Release.
"It's really exciting." Sakura Taisen said. "I hope the movie will move people just as the project moved us all. Kino was an insprational man."
Kino Turell was the chief of Corona Island in the AHSCA Chain. He was kidnapped by unknown assalents, (though alleged to be RedTide2) and ultimatley killed. While the film does do a detailed scene of heavy torture, Taisen has stated it's all based on dramatic purposes and circumstantial evidence.
The Chief is set to open December 19, in Kanami and December 30th World Wide.
