Today, President Denzel Wood declared Cazelia is to be run by a council of six, each of which was elected by the people of the two states he/she commands. No Major diplomatic event shall happen without the approval of the entire council, and no military action shall not be taken without the majority vote of the council. Each council member will control two states, each one completely under his/her jurisdiction. Every year, a Supreme Chancellor will be elected, and he will act as leader of the council. Most council members had positions high in the Government or were in the military. Here is the List of Council members.

Whilst the former Cazelian government was less-than-ideal, the transformation of the Imperial Democracy into a military junta with minimal representation of the people is intolerable to the Londinian Commonwealth.

Furthermore, I feel that is the obligation of the Commonwealth, being a civilized, first-world nation, to protect those who cannot protect themselves: the innocent people of Cazelia who will be subjugated by this new regime.

To this end, the Londinian Commonwealth will not recognize this new government as legitimate, and intends on mobilizing military forces immediately to enact a blockade upon this totalitarian threat.

Official Prestonian Statement

We are disappointed at the backward steps taken by the Cazelian government of late. This newest form of government appears to be little more than an oligarchy. The Prestonian Republic cannot in good conscience condone this form of administration. We ask our allies the Cazelians to please reinstate their previous government and recognition of the Treaty of New Caz'e. It is not a wise choice, in our opinion, to so blatantly call out British Londinium. Please, do what you can to avoid being destroyed yet again.

First of all, for every step Cazelia takes forward, it takes two steps backwards.

This has been observed by the two invasions of Cazelia by British Londinium alone, as well as more by different nations.

Perhaps you ought to wise up and fix things, in the interest of self-preservation.

P.S.: Any offensive action taken by the UCRA against British Londinium will be met in kind by Akimonad and potentially the Coalition of Allied Powers.

As co-leader of the UCRA, I advise the following:

1: A new treaty of Caz'e be worked up. I will be willing to write it and have it edited by the Cazelian occupiers. I would allow Cazelia to have some kind of self-defense force.

2: The UCRA will remain neutral save provinding alliance aid to Cazelia to help it rebuild.

3: The new Cazelian government be reworked so as to include a larger number of repesenatives for each region.

These three points are my reccomendation, not an ultimatium.

The Government of Kahanistan reminds the Londinian government that it is bound by treaty with Automagfreek (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13034130&postcount=49) never again to initiate hostility with Cazelia or other nations it has invaded.

While we have no love for the Londinian government, we would hate for its people to be on the receiving end of a Freekish Blood Feud. We advise all Londinian citizens to make evacuation or survival plans for the contingency of a Freekish assault.

That said, we are dismayed with the change in the Cazelian government. We, too, have become a military junta, but out of necessity as we are currently at war with the Questarian Commonwealth. Once the imperialists are driven back to their home nations, our democratic governance will be restored.

On the contrary.

Any sovereign nation may choose its own path, and we applaud Cazelia on this new change in government. It amuses us to no end that nations who are the so called "champions of liberty" are the ones who assault others simply for how they choose to live. If this change is what Cazelia wants, then so be it. It is none of your business.

And let me remind the new British leadership that military intervention is a strict violation of our treaty, and would force the hand of the Excessively Armed Empire of Automagfreek. This is strictly Cazelian affair, and intervening would be a violation of their sovereignty and would void our treaty, as this would be a first strike on your behalf. We trust it will not come to that, because we doubt British Londinium would risk a devastating war over another nations business. Best to leave these matters alone.

The Cazelian Government, due to overwhelming criticism by other nations such as Central Prestonia and British Londinium, has decided to revert to the old Government, but with slight changes. There will only be one Secretary. There will be an Emperor, along with a President. The Major differences between these two figures of power is that the President will be elected and represent the people, where the Emperor/Empress will be based on a certain family line, and will may or may not represent the people. There will be eight branches of the military:
The IDMC: Controlled by the President
The IDMAC: Controlled by the President

The RCA: Controlled by the Emperor
The RCMC: Controlled by the Emperor
The RCN: Controlled by the Emperor
The RCAF: Controlled by the Emperor

The Imperial Democracy has also opened the Caz'e city memorial park, located in the center of Yarkai city. We have also opened our first International university. There will also be the new Senate building, and the New Presidential mansion.
