OOC: I need a buddy
OOC: Basically, I want to role-play the rise of my nation from colonialism, and I want to start from the dawn of Ghatoba as a nation, in the days after the withdraw of the former dominators. I am looking for an english speaking country, and a good roleplayer, but someone who would be kind to a "n00b". Any takers?
NOTE: you would still hold quite a bit of power in the government and the economy, just would not be my ruler.

I have experience in RPing, am affiliated (well, a member of) with one of the most powerful Nationstates alliance around currently, speak English, and would be willing to RP all this out. What would it all involve though -would we be allies, like in a Commonwealth kind of way?

I am planning on having a two branch system of government, Legestaltive and Executive, and you probably would not have any footholds in that, however, you would most likely hold the majority of the bueracratic positions, in addition, my economy would be more or less a vassal to the will of any of your corporations.
Before this would begin, I would create a topic discussing a brief history of my nation, the economic situation and other things pertient to the game.
In addition, would you two mind giving me an example of your roleplaying experience, showing me that you can craft a well-written story
If you're willing, I can help. My MT self has gotten quite stagnant lately. I have no qualms about most of the things, since I have to start cleaning house on my country soon anyways.
All I ask is that you give me a good example of your Role-playing abilities.

If you ever feel like a venture into Future Tech RP's, I'll gladly play such a role in your nations development. Although I may still be a 'noob' to FT, I have previously had significant MT experience as other nations.
Will this be an entirely diplomatic meeting, or will there some sort of military strife? For example, will there be imperialists still trying to prevent the country's independence, or will there be separatists and warmongerers who want more than independence?
Well, I was planning to instate a Parliamentary Republic due to 'political instability' but only being after the resources. Like the Current Iraqi War.
