Lord Sumguy looked at the currently emty conference table as he sat down, the first to arrive. Memo to self, re-design Hegemony HQ to look less gloomy and militaristic. He sat waiting, as it took him a mere 15-minute drive from his current home at Buckingham Palace where he lived with his wife and the rest of the United Kingdom's royal family. Greal had requested a meeting to discuss the attack upon North Calaveras that the nation of Arab-Canada was soon to be conducting.

The Foreign Minister, Diplomat Klark (who was new: foreign ministers tended not to last that long), was on his way to the Hegemony meeting centre in the United Kingdom.

His helicopter touched down in the airport, a black car waiting for him. He was driven to the ocnference centre, where he entered, sat down, and began chewing some gum, waiting for the other members to arrive.

The Greal delegate, The minister of Defense Jason Park was one of the first to arrive at the meeting.

Prime Minister Helen Clark was sitting down in the conference room with her agenda and papers. This was the first time being in a meeting as she win the leadership elections after Tom Howard resigned. Prime Minister Clark drank some water and waited for the other members to arrive.

The Defense minister while he was waiting he reviewed papers for signing.

U.S. Secretary of State Steven Andolor walked into the council room. He walked into the room and sat next to the Greal Defense Minister and Prime Minister Clark, and assembled the papers he took out of his briefcase.

The Zoingonian ambassador Alfonzo Macuret sat down and began to sort out the agenda on hand.

The Shazbotdom Deligate and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Larry Williams, walked in and sat down near the middle of the room. He took a Agenda from the Zoingo deligate and sat there, waiting for the meeting to begin.

"Well, it seems as though we have enough present to begin." Lord Sumguy said, looking around the table. "The nation of Arab-Canada is about to launch an attack upon North Calaveras. I have sent 1.8 million Sumguaian troops to ensure that this does not succeed. The real issue we are to decide here today, is what to do once we destroy the attacking forces."

He paused a moment before continuing:
"I beleive that the best course of action to ensure long-term stability would be to invade Arab-Canada and depose of the current government, help rebuild the nation from the economic collapse that will surely occur at the loss of nearly their entire military, and then leave Arab-Canada a free and rich nation that will hopefully be somewhat friendlier to us."

The Shazbotdom Deligate clears his throat.

"Invastion might not be a good idea at this point. I would suggest economic santions and a small blockade of his nation at this time. If he keeps threatening imperial domination of other nations, then that would be the time to invade. Although to show some force, hitting strategic military and governmental targets might be the way to go during the blockade."

"Hmm, a blockade may lead to starvation and shortage of neccesities for living, and i will not be responsible for the deaths of innocents. If we are to conduct a blockade we would need a non-government organization to provide the Arab-Canadian citizens with food and the like, The Abrahamic League could carry out such a task."

John Arnold strode into the meeting with a briefcase and said "I humbly apologize for being late, but as a general I had several matters to clear up before I could come." He sat down, and took a can of Monster Energy drink out and put it on the table before him.

"We were just discussing what to do about the nation of Arab-Canada."

John stiffened and said "I regret to say that I cannot send my own units, but we are re-building the military, restructuring it around you might say. But I will help plan in case the Hegemony decides to defend NC."

"It is just as well, we dont exactly need the full power of the Hegemony to dipose of this threat."

"If you need, we could carry out strategic strikes on their infastructure. That way, there are few casualties, and we can bring the country down on its knees. I'm sure that all the nations here would be up to the task."

"Anyway, there is only one of him and like 20 of us, so I don't think troops numbers are going to be a problem."

"The United Kingdom also suggests we ruin Arab-Canada's economy first before any major attack by forces. There economy must be very weak so if we ruin that what are they going to do? Feed there people or contiune with the war".

Our Nation wishes to send a Delegate to this Council in order to attempt to bring about peace. If a Desicion is made to take Military Action the OoA will devote Military forces to the Situation.

Secretary Hasley strode into the room, carrying a chocolate cake "Sorry I'm late, I had to bake you guys a cake in celebration of my promotion. Would anybody like some?" he asked

Stepping quietly into the room, he passed his briefcase to his aide, before sitting at the table.

An unexpected visit from Leocardia arrived to Lord Sumguy. It was about the topic of North Calaveras.

In an UK2 Airport

The private Leocardian jet, the size of a Boeing Airbus, neared an UK2 International Airport.

"Unknown Aircraft, report in." The airport operator signaled to the Leocardian jet.

"UK2 International Airport. This is Leocardian Air Force. Please proceed us."

The operator was shocked to what was going on, with fears of a terrorist attack, he directed the Airbus to an UK2 Military Base.

"Unknown Leocardian Aircraft, you have been directed to the nearest free landing space. Please allow auto-pilot for auto navigation."

The Leocardian jet was brought to the military base and UK2 security forces surrounded the jet.

Inside the jet

"Mr. President, we got guys armed with machineguns and armoured cars outside." One of the guards said politely.

"Great, let's get on rolling. I want to talk to him."

"No, these guys don't know who we are. Are you sure you told them about our visit?"

"No... I didn't say anything. Aren't we supposed to go to Indonesia?"

"Let the Leocardians in." Lord Sumguy said as a guard told him of their arrival. "Unfortunately some nation known as Genites has demanded we cede land to them based on some bogus claim that our land was once theirs. I have no intention of doing so, but they may prove to be irritating should they attack us."

OOC: Since I've got some territory in NC, I'd assume I'm allowed entry.

"As you know, we maintain a 50,000 strong Joint Security Force in the territory known as Vetalian Calaveras. Since this territory is technically under the control of both our nations, any attack on it will involve an attack by our country on Arab-Canada."

OOC: The thing is, NC is no longer radioactive. Now, giving up some NC territory, any colonies you might have, vast tracts of desert (I'm looking at Sumguaian New Mexico, etc.), and the like and you can probably avoid wrath. Make it a team effort, some land from everyone, you know? Good luck, and good RP'ing.

Aukron Mekhrat the Fordockian Minister of Diplomacy came on to the floor himself. Friends, and comrades though we have traditionally not had relationships with each other and for the most part ignored one another's interests today is a day for unity. We implore you to help us defeat the abusive juggernaut of Red tide. You may think now that there is no reason to go to war. That by offering a small nation you might satiate the beast. But one day everyone will be a Fordock to this monster if we do not act now. Their civilians do not know better than to follow but we must stop them. Their human rights abuses and their track record is more than enough. Their entire ECONOMEY is BASED OFF OF WAR. Can you let that Stand? Can you let them eat civilians and turn out guns with which to kill more. We implore you to help Fordock now so that it is not you later.
