OOC: This is another terrorist orginization created by me 'cause nobody ever reads that BTO is NOT supported by BHR. So that is pretty much it.
SIC:
The Rastupin Red Army (RRM) was a result of the dissolve of BTO. The dissolve of BTO was a result of unpopularity with the people and (massive pwnage) elimination by Allanea. The RRM is not recognized by BHR as a terror orginization but as a clan of F***ing wierdos. The RRM is currently in a developmental stage for future attacks. Meeting places include a secret underground bunker beneath Al's Bar And Grill "Best kooking around." in Sidney, BHR.
