Every nation is invited, and there are no stipulations regarding government types. In fact, we say the more varied the better, since we all can learn from each other! After some debate in the Council, the vote has been to accept trade relations with Francopolis Prime, relating to Orzio supplying foods, minerals, and natural gas. In return, Orzio wishes to receive Francopolis foods and small arms. Do these items seem of equal value?

Yearly, the total amount imported compared to exported will not exceed USD$100 billion, in order to keep trade debts manageable in both nations. Should that be reached in any given year, trade will cease until the following calendar year, upon which it will resume at the least to initial trade levels.

If the agreeing nations were to develop unfriendly relations (ie disputes or war), trade will cease until the cessation of above said unfriendly relations, upon which trade will resume with both sides only supplying consumer products and/or food products. At a later time both sides can add more items to trade.

Not at all. Any futher details we will deal with as we come to. This agreement is deemed acceptable.

Next on the table would be transport. considering Francopolis Prime is landlocked, our primary methods of transport will be by air, primarily small cargo craft. I assume that your nation is able to handle the increased airport traffic with no problems? Otherwise I believe this deal and those involved will have a bright future ahead!

Air transport is indeed no problem. Orzio has several international airports capable of cargo flights big and small.

Special Requests (please be specific): ICCD tries to house all it's embassies as a villa, which is self sustaining, with cisterns or the capacity to have independent water supply, agricultural terraces, solar power and wind if applicable, and to use Dian design methods as applicable. Very much a compound type environment, walled perimeter. We would be willing to provide excess electricity generated, as well as food as a gift to the local population, as well as house people in an emergency situation, or serve for medivac, or assist in non compromising emergency response, beyond what the embassy and consulate roles would require. The embassy would not only house state geusts, but also travelling Dian Citizens, on government, or in some cases personal business. We would also on approval run language lessons, and offer the site as a place for visa's and other usages for your local population.

So as much space as your are willing to provide for the compound, the more people that can be supported from the land the more services and personnel we can make available for you in times of needed consultation and interaction, and in the daily lives of those who would like to make use of the Dian instructional services such as language, self defense or accredited university exchange programs, law, travel or business, with ICCD institutions and people.

Intracircumcordei, thank you for your interest in establishing an embassy in Orzio. I hope that the following will help determine what is best for your mission, which we hope will be a full diplomatic mission.


The Orzian people are overwhelmingly friendly to non-native peoples. Generally, they are friendly when met in the city or country, and will be more than willing to help with directions, finding things, and such. There are a couple political parties that run ads during parlimentary elections that the government should limit the number of tourists and non-natives, but they have never involved physical threats, nor does that seem likely in the forseeable future. Security is always available from the Orzian military (Orzian Marines or Red Cell members, our elite Special Ops) or the local Orzian Police, who have a dedicated branch for diplomatic/tourist security. However, feel free to bring however many you feel would be necessary for your diplomat's security.


Local vehicles can be acquired before your arrival if you wish, outfitted to however your diplomat would like. As basics, the vehicle will be outfitted with bulletproof glass as well as additional armor to protect from explosions, GPS navigation, three-way communication gear between car, embassy security, and Orzian military/police units, & diplomatic plates and markings. Orzian citizens are used to diplomats in Orzaida and Orza, so there is no need for concern there. Motorbikes are acceptable, as are motorcycles. There armored golf car sounds acceptable as well. Goods vehicles are also available to be purchased for your sole use, should you wish. They can be of whatever size is needed, from taxis to 18-wheel trucks.


The ultralights are acceptable, but we find it advisable to be careful when flying in the city due to the numerous tall buildings, especially in the city core. The outskirts and suburbs are fine areas that should not pose any hazards. All embassies have the ability to land helicopters, and it is fine if you do not wish to keep one at your embassy. A location at either the local civilian airport of the nearby military base can be made available if either are preferable.


Your requests for your embassy are more than welcomed, and will be built according to your specifications, once they are wired over to our engineering corps. At this point in time, there is no need to use any excess electrical power your embassy should produce, as Orzio uses a combination of nuclear and wind power, with a few natural gas plants for emergency use. Gifts of your local food will be more than acceptable, and can either be sold or freely given, your choice.


How you run your embassy is up to you, per Orzian diplomatic policy concerning missions. They are considered territory of that nation, and are treated as such. Usually, only Orzian police or provided security forces are on or near diplomatic property. Your citizens will be given free reign to visit your mission per their needs, be it tourism or business. Your offering of language classes and other courses is wonderful to hear, and will be gladly accepted. Ads will be run in the local papers and radio stations upon completion of your embassy.
