Introduction
In 1985 the Kansiovian defense department needed a rifle to replace the aging Mosin Nagnat Sniper rifle which was still in used, after serveral modifcations by the Kansiovians in both 1960s and 1970s. But soon it proved that it was too old, and needed a sniper rifle that could stand out to be among the best. The answer came from both Felskami and KMI which both deisgned a protype each, and Felskami was on the winning side. In 1988 it was sucessfully tested and pressed into service, today the weapon is widely used in the Kansiovian sniper academy.

Laser targeting system

It does not serve as extra accuracy, but i serves as a guide against tanks, bases and enemy helicopters. Basically pull the laser targeting trigger, the spot would be transmitted back to HQ and sent out to all weapons with laser guided weapons in range of the target, and could engage it even if it cannot be seen. Chances of sucess are at a 98.7%. This puts the sniper in another major role, seeking enemy hard points, informing the HQ and they would send better firepower to deal with the threat.
