The Allied States of Bynamar is starting a Nuclear Program. We request rocket scientists, other staff to help build and test nuclear weapons. Also we have started a minor space station to launch out into space. Finnaly, we have built multiple spy satalites caplable of spying on countries around the world.

Nation of Bynamar, we applaud you on succesfully launching a space station and orbital weapons, as the Empire has done. Also, our civilization has the technological capability of creating advanced large-scale nuclear, chemical, biological, and digital weapons. We would gladly lend you some of our knowledge, and would also gladly staff your program with Imperial scientists. Possibly, we could spruce up your weapons sattelites and such with our scientific prowess.

Please respond if you are interested, and we can work out some terms of exchange.

The Free Empire condemns yet another small, unstable nation developing nuclear weaponry. As such, we have enacted a full embargo on your nation. That is all.

As founder of the URCA, we would like to question the use of these weapons. We would also like to know if these weapons were to be used in a first strike scenario, which would be against the UCRA charter

THat's 'cause Grovakia or whoever, was just a part played by Nikvvookia(or whatever he's called), so I doubt he was going to fight allegations. That war is pretty much a joke compared to the other rp's here. No offence meant to you at all, Spectare.

indeed maybe the war might have been a joke compaired to the other grand ones that are in this game.but think of how a small nation needs to be developed and needs to be put out there into the big world of the other nations.
my nation will stand with Bynamar for the future to come. i put my foot down to say i will do so. my ally has been more than generous and i am a loyal man. i will show loyalty to my ally.do not try to smeer me with your big nation talk. indeed i am a small nation but i will stick my nose in and push through. even if i am to lose a war then so be it.

You're right, it is a bit wrong, and I bet that the more conservative realists of NS would agree with you. But then again, I'm sure that a nation of 5 million could construct a small nuclear program, maybe 5 or so warheads, especially if the program was staffed principally by foreign scientists from larger, more advanced countries.

Correct, I apologize for my misstatement. To a smaller nation, this war is gravely serious. However, It is still to small to call Bynamar a terrorist over, and we will continue to work his program.
