To all nations of the world,

In the interest of expanded and improved relations and communications with the international community, the Michiyo Empire offers the opportunity to apply for an embassy in the Imperial capital, Voda'kai.

The Diplomatic Quarter, a new development lot on the northern edge of the city, will be made available to foreign governments to build embassies to their own standards and requirements. Each plot is approximately 40x30 metres wide, with a 140 metre perimiter and a surface area of 1,200 cubic metres. A Military Police battalion will be stationed in the DQ at all times, and will be responsible for security outside embassy compounds.

Though regular staff are not limited, the Empire requests that a maximum of twenty-five armed personnel be present in each embassy.

A brief description of your nation's government and foreign policy: Our government is a mix of Democracy, Technocracy, Bureaucracy, Consular rule, and a federation united under the Emperor. We have hundreds of thousands of colonies, provinces, and other areas under the rule of the Empire. Our foreign policy is very open, and we host embassies from many nations.

The Empire would be honoured to be host to a Kiravian embassy. I would be most grateful if you could provide staff and guard lists, and a concept sketch of the embassy for our records.

A Main Ambassadorial Bulding- This houses the Ambassador's office, that of his staff, legal offices, conference rooms, a wireless office, sotrage space, an indoor pool, and a walled roof garden. Quarters for most of the staff and all guards are here.

B These are 2 duplexes that house the Ambassador, his family, and that of the higher-ranking staffers. The basement houses a bomb shelter, wine cellar, kitchen, and laundromat.

C A small coffee shop

D Utility control, embassy management offices, quarantine rooms, and storage cellar

E A building containing guest quarters, a bank, security headquarters, some small offices for support staff, quarters for the groundskeeper, and a theatre for the enjoyment of the Embassy staff.


F Buildings with partitions to be rented out or used for further expansion.

G grass field with flagpole to fly the Imperial and (your) Imperial flags.
