A New Era in Arms

Owner: DMI; Mar'ki Ticron
CEO: Jack "Minute" Straw

Kansiov Military Industries has been producing cheap and useful weapons for Kansiov since 1978, the year in which it was founded. However, it was not until recently that KMI was allowed to sell their products to foreign nationals. It was initially created when Andres Jiobsiky, then the Minister of Defense at the time, wanted to centralize all of the weapon manufacturers in Kansiov into one conglomerate. The [former] CEO of KMI, Rudolf Galand, expanded the company to the point where it had an estimated net-worth of twenty four billion dollars. However, times got tough for the company as it attempted to expand into the international markets. Thus it was sold [OOC: Yes, Kansiov sanctioned this; see DMI for the sale (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13024022&postcount=5007).] to DMG Military Industries and made into a subsidiary. All employees (other than the upper executives) kept their jobs as the factories, test sights, and other assets remained in place. Essentially KMI was to remain where and as it was, but the executive staff was replaced and it will be overseen by DMI.

[OOC: Of course not. I think I clarified everything in this post (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13024022&postcount=5007). Feel free to post new products here and I will add them to the storefront.]

AK-74 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AK-74) $250

To add to rifles, the rifles are overcharged, T-90 underpriced and Tu-160 overcharged, should be around $120 million for 1 Tu-160. Best to get on MSn we can sort out the prices there without making the thread look ugly.

OCC: AK-74s arent really variants to AK-47, and their price is higher. If your talking about varints to AK-47, AKT-47 is one example

[OOC: The weapons listed as variants are derivatives of the one list (the AK-47 and the AR-15), and I am not changing the price. Look, I don't mean to be so assertive, but I am tired, I know what I am doing, and I am going to do it my way.]

USB-1 Gransak

http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/images/b-3-_Supersonic-1.jpg

USB-1, was one of the biggest military secret projects in Kansiovian history. It is developed by Uran, with a very heavy price tag of 3.6 billion USD per bomber, as such only 16 of these bombers have been built. It has 2 Internal bays, carrying a maxium of 60,000 kg of Warheads, ready to be released. It is also a Stealth Bomber and could carry up to x18 Raduga Kh-15 short-range nuclear missiles, or x9 Kh-55 crusie missiles.

Development:
Development started in 1984, when the Kansiovian airforce needed to replace the Tu-95 Bomber as soon as possible, and the answer was a stealth, massive long ranged Bomber that could carry several Nuclear nuclear warheads and could completely wipe out an entire small country with just a single bombing run. The answer was based off the B-2 Bomber, only make the engine more powerful thus increasing speed.

Avionics:
Radar:
Granski-10, a slotted planar array radar. It has a range of 500km. The radar’s information is processed by the two Common Integrated Processor (CIP)s. Which can read up to 12 billion instructions per second and and has 700 megabytes of memory.

Engine:
X4 KE 160
Dry thrust: 150 kN each
Thrust with afterburner: 280 kN each

Other:
Twin digital, quadruplex fly-by-wire system aids the pilot in flying the aircraft. Information is provided visually to the pilot, in the form of three liquid crystal Multi-Functional Displays (LCD MFDs) within the cockpit.

HOTAS (Hands On Throttle And Stick) controls are incorporated in the Bomber 's design.

Alfegos Ministry of Commerce
Department of Arms

We wish to sell to your company the rights to the following weapons:

AF - 07 Assault Rifle

Every 10 years, the Alfegos government re-evaluates a weapon design: this year, it is the standard infantry assault rifle. The rifle was designed to replace the AF - 97, which had poor endurance in the field.

This was upgraded by integrating a more effective sealed units for the seperate components, and a unique surfacant to the parts to allow the easy cleaning of parts.

The other problem was its weight. This was reduced by using a classified titanium - aluminium alloy for the construction of the working parts and barrel of the gun. The weight was reduced further by integrating plastic components for the magazine, handgrips and detachable stock.

Finally, it was designed to integrate a detachable laser designator, that could be fitted into the underbarrel grenade/special munitions launcher.

Gun Stats:
Calibre: 5.96 x 50 mm AF rounds (can be converted to 5.56 x 45mm NATO)
Weight: 3.15 kg loaded (with standard 30 - round clip)
Length (Stock Attached): 920mm
Barrel Length: 492 mm
Action: Gas-operated, Rotating volt
Rate of Fire: 700 - 900 rpm, cyclic
Magazine Capacity: 20, 30, 40 (box) 80, 90 (Drum)
Muzzle Velocity: 980 m/s / 935 m/s (using NATO 5.56mm)
Effective range: 570 m / 540 m (NATO)

Grenade Launcher (AMGL 98) Stats:
Calibre: 40 mm AF GLR
Weight: 1390 g
Length: 350 mm
Barrel Length: 280 mm
Action: Single shot, Double Action
Rate of Fire: 5 - 7 rpm
Muzzle Velocity: 80 m/s
Effective Range: 160 m

AF - 07C (Civilian issue)

This issue was designed to comply with civil weapons laws: it is semi-automatic and has slightly decreased muzzle speeds and effective range. It is also designed to not allow large drum clips or the grenade launcher.

Calibre: 5.96 x 50 mm AF rounds (can be converted to 5.56 x 45mm NATO)
Weight: 3.05 kg loaded
Length (Stock Attached): 920mm
Barrel Length: 492 mm
Action: Semi - Automatic, Blowback
Magazine Capacity: 10, 20, 30, 40 (box)
Muzzle Velocity: 910 m/s / 880m/s (using NATO 5.56mm)
Effective range: 540 m / 510 m (NATO)

AF - 07S (Security Service Issue)

This issue was designed to make the weapon much smaller and lighter, for use by the country's armed police. The weapon compromises by reducing its rate of fire and effective distance. However, it is still effective.

Calibre: 5.96 x 50 mm AF rounds (can be converted to 5.56 x 45mm NATO)
Weight: 2.95 kg loaded
Length (Stock Attached): 850mm
Barrel Length: 465 mm
Action: Gas-operated, Rotating volt
Rate of Fire: 600 - 800 rpm, cyclic
Magazine Capacity: 20, 30, 40 (box) 80, 90 (Drum)
Muzzle Velocity: 920 m/s / 890 m/s (using NATO 5.56mm)
Effective range: 500 m / 480 m (NATO)

AFLD - 07 - Laser Designator

This attachment is designed to allow the dual function of targeting enemy positions to aim, and to illuminate the target for bombardment by laser-guided weaponry (e.g. BAM 80L Laser designated bomb). It is revolutionary in taking only 9v batteries.

Weight: 2.8 kg (loaded)
Power: 2 x 9V batteries / DC 9V input
Effective Range: 100 metres
