The Griffincrest forces in what was formerly known as The Grosse Reich were now once again preparing to move out and invade yet another NPE member. This time, however, it was not one of the little, weaker members. This time, it was the New Prussian homeland. The three fleets originally sent had suffered relatively few casualties, and the ground force seemed virtually unscathed.

The New Prussian Empire had underestimated the power that the Corporate Alliance, and the Griffincrest Corporation, was able to project. Several of the Prussian nations had collapsed, surrendered,or abandoned ship. The Prussians would soon be forced to the table. So confident they were that they would succeed in this conflict that they had made the first move, attacking Gallia with such brazenness. They felt the Corporate hammer there, seeing the end to an entire Binarian fleet and the retreat of the rest of their fleets from Toopoxican shores. This invasion now would break the NPE, and ensure that they would never,ever, pose a threat again.

The Corporation had defeated foes far larger than the New Prussian Empire in its history, and during that time was far less equipped than it is now. From land based missile silos all over the occupied Grosse Reich, hundreds, perhaps even thousands of Khan class anti-shipping missiles donated from across the Corporate Alliance began blasting off. Naval targets all over the NPE homeland were targeted for the massive barrage, as were fleets advancing on the Griffincrest forces in Grosse Reich. At the same time as the missile launch on the Prussian naval forces, another push was made on TPF space assets. Thousands of ASATs left over in the Reich's stockpiles were fired into orbit. Hopefully soon, the TPF military would be blind.
