The Democratic Republic of Seng Han wishes to announce that we will up our Defence budget to an amount of USD$29,304,932,291.71 which is 11% of our Government's budget.
This will be used to purchase equipment to support our new Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. We would like to take this opportunity to request for aid in constructing training centres for the Air Force. We have an Army/Navy/Coast Guard training centre constructed by Grasaland which will be handed to us to manage within 1 or 2 weeks. We are extremely thankful to Grasaland for helping us when we were a young and developing Nation.
Also, we would like to announce that starting today, Compulsory Conscription will be started. The matter was approved in Parliament yesterday. All men aged 18 years old this year will be conscripted within 1 week.
As we will definitely need military arms and vehicles to support the new Army,Navy and Air Force, we invite all Nations to either give or sell to us their Firearms (Preferably an assault rifle (M-16,SAR-21 or variants),light machine guns and a pistol(minimum 7 rounds), Vehicles (Tanks,APCs,Humvees,AA,SAM,trucks and the like), Aircraft (AWACS,AEW,Radar,Fighter,Air Superiority,Counter-insurgency etc) and Ships/boats (Corvettes,Frigates,Landing Ships,Transports,Coastal Defence,Torpedo boats etc).
Note:
1) We will not purchase from Communist nations.
2) We do not need or want NBC(Nuclear,Biological,Chemical) weapons, Bomber aircraft(unless has fighter capabilities),Battleships or Aircraft Carriers.
3) We will purchase Aircraft Carriers at a later date.
4) We would like to purchase DPRs for Humvees or ATF Dingo IIs, as we specialise in Automobile Manufacturing.
