The Prince would like to announce that the Technological Principality of Mephras has set aside a portion of the capital Euphova to create a new diplomatic quarter. All countries are welcome to set up an embassy, with buildings and landscape to their fitting in this new quarter. We have also commissioned recognized Mephrasian architects to design embassies for those without a personal preference. We assure the security of the quarter, however also allow countries to have their own security detail. All nations which currently host Mephrasian embassies are reserved plots of their choice. We remind all interested that embassies are sovereign territory of the nation who operates them.

3. Description of Embassy: ICCD aims to make all it's embassies self sustaining Villa's. That is a Manor House, that uses green technologies and an independant water supply, but one which is low water use, grey water recycling. Common Dian structures are zigaurauts, like stepped pyramids that house plant cultavations, spice gardens vegetables, corn or a mixed growth, method of farming to maximize natural detrements to natural predutors. Often a pond can be found at the top that is a major source of rain water collection, which is used to irragate the water under it, but also to serve thermal processes, and filter air that is entering the building to reduce natural air carcinogens. Sculptures are also common,these can be people or animals or objects. Often walls are also very common, and they are usually towering well over 10 ft high to block outside attention. These walls are wide enough to walk along atleast 4 ft in thickness and often have a 2 ft 4 or 5 ft upper wall. Depending on the security needs these walls can be made stronger or just ornamental. In newer models the roadway is composed of two ramps one going up to the top of the wall then down on the otherside the second and first ramps are stored in a peak pyramid and extend down by physical force or mechanical force. There is a growing party within the Casa that feels that overt takeover is a fast route to securing land for settlement.

Internally - ICCD is a very complex society - a combination of fuedal and kin relationships form a state law and public law policy that give a lot of political and personal freedoms at the cost of general sercurity provide by the state. ICCD is a social welfare state and provides healthcare, dental, and basic living to all individuals, who meet with the requirements of the state program, this includes a very nice pension program for dian citizens. ICCD is a freekmarket economy but the state via industries body. Essentially once any company reaches a "large" size it is 'nationalized' if it is in one of the "state" industries, the owner/operater etc.. are offered a permanent seat within that industries council. Medium and small businesses may remain private. State companies have less tax on export so they generally conduct all foreign trade, or the vast portion of it (because of a 20% or more export tax reduction).

Imports are done freely as long as they are cleared. Goods that are taken into ICCD and not declared as temporary become "partiated" and may not be removed without taxation.

ICCD has cumpulsary military service of all abled body people (men and women) the times of these change depending on age. The State education system also includes military, health and survival training on a graduated basis within the public education system. This includes 3 years of military training from about age 15-19, but starting at age 8 self defence lessons begin for hand to hand. Higher education is free, on academic scholarship or by joining a military college - if passing the entrance requirements - usually only offered for indivuals who obtain a diploma from a state school because not all private schools include the cadet training.

Citizens are given "money" for public service and there is a credit system for rewarding individuals for public service and assisting state sanctioned volunteer organizations.

ICCD is a very indepth society, it is a peoples republic, but it also has an imperial administration that is divided into different teirs that being imperial, provincia, as well as specific beaurocratic and political bodies for various purposes.

Drugs are legal, but drug use is not common and is prohibited for some individuals, such as Emergency Services workers who are on duty, depending on the class of drug - on duty ES workers are any non retired ES workers, that is if the drug is likely to effect capacity to preform essential services.
