OOC: W00t, nobody's in my territory! However, remember that Vetalian Tornus is a lot less restrictive than the other occupied zones so it will likely be a lot easier to supply your resistance from there. Our government tends to turn a blind eye to a lot of things as long as they don't disrupt business in our territory.

However, if your militants start attacking our targets, things will get a lot tougher for your resistance. And remember, Vetalians are terribly greedy...bribery goes a long way towards buying silence.
