ooc: that population thing is quite confusing, from where you got 12 mils?

OOC: What you've got in your factbook is the population of the Kingdom of Romania, before unification. This means it doesn't include Basarabia and Transylvania. That explains the difference in numbers.

I was planning on getting Ukraine and Romania for myself, but alas it was not to be.

Edit: Similarly some of the other populations are a bit inflated around EC.
