OOC: Actually that's not as far fetched as you might think. In real life Iran has a military of 12 millions while Israel has around 500 thousand men at a able population of around 2.5 millions. It all depends on what the Militia is here.

A note aside: Wouldn't it make more sense for the navy to use Su-33s rather than Su-27s? I mean, so that they can... uh, land on aircraft carriers, and navigate over the ocean, and stuff like that?

OOC: his militia numbers are fine, so long as they are truely militia and are rped as such, with little training and all. For a RL example, look at Switzerland. Every man between like 18-60 is "in the army", but not "in the army" if you get my point.
