Culture: The nation being based upon the writings of a number of racialists which justify the rule of the White persons over the Berbers, the Native Americans, and the use of African slaves. This has caused for a strong race base caste system to emerge as non-Whites can do very little and also for a number of strict laws to be enacted.

Rights of the Races:

Whites: To own weapons, to own property, to own slaves, to preside over Native serfs, to fight in the army, to own any animal in any number, to vote for Parliament, to use the public education system, to pursue a professional carrer, to a fair trail, not be allowed to become a slave, to avoid false imprisonment, to not be subject to lengthy prision sentences, to not be subject to torture, to have the full protection of the law, and for their testimony to be considered full in any court.

Mongrels: To fight in the army, to own a horse, to not be subject of becoming a slave, to the full protection of the law, to a trail, to not be subject to torture, to have the protection of the law, and for their testimony to be considered worthy of that of two thirds of a white person.

Berbers: To fight in the army, to own camels and horses, to not be subject to becoming a slave, to not be subject to torture, to not be subject to whipping, and to have a testimony worthy of that half of a White person.

Native Serfs: To not be subject to torture, to the protection of the law, and to have a testimony worth that of one third that of a White person's.

African Slaves: They do not have any rights except that they may not killed without a decent reason. As well, any person with a parent that is a African slave shall be subject to becoming a slave, there testimony is not worth any thing, and they may be whipped randomly.

Hey Scand, we're not doing repeating rifles just yet. I'm going to make an event that will invent them some day. Also, just letting you know, the reason Native Americans were not used as slaves (or as you put it "serfs") is that they weren't immune to many Europeans diseases and they knew the land so well they were able to easily escape from their place of holding. This is why in real life African slaves were used.

The only time I've ever heard the word "mongrel" it was in the same kinda use as the word "punk" or something. Never as a racial term.

Very good, then as my nation is reliant on slavery in our colonies so that our nation is able to gain a decent profit from our colonies which otherwise would be expensive to expand to meet the needs of resources from our colonies.
