Government Description: The Head of State is the Emperor, chosen by heredity from the Royal Family. The Emperor has a mostly ceremonial role, holding little real power. The Head of Government is the Chancellor, elected from the members of the Reichstag by citizens. The Chancellor controls most of the running of the state and can draft laws and declerations of war for consideration by the Reichstag. Colonies are controlled by Governors, who are appointed by and answer directly to the Chancellor.
