Your Highness, His Majesty Ferdinand XV has commanded my to contact you today to discuss the troubled time in which we find ourselves, as we look out across the world we see rapid militarization and fighting break out causing great risk to all. You Arabian providence has seen fighting come near by the intentions of the Northern Imperial Republik which seem set on expanding its colonies any way it can. This worries us as their Mauritanian colony borders us, not to mention that their territories form a triangle around us.

I say the time is now to form a new alliance to protect the Mediterranean and the shared morals and trade she protects. It is with that intention that we invite you to come and sign the Treaty of Barcelona to form the Pan-Med alliance, an alliance for mutual trade and to protect our waters from incursion.
