Explination: The ruling family runs the country in all forms, essentially abosolute Monarchy with the exception of the Imperial Law. Base set of 15 laws even the Imperial family must obey. The people are represented by the House Of Representitives and are voted in as in any Democracy. They control the everyday flow of government affairs such as courts and local administration. The largest party also puts up one candidtae for a 10 year term as Imperial Chancellor, the winner is picked by the Imperial family, he serves as the foreign minister and Head Of Government. His role is to give an Imperial voice in the HoR and say the will of the family as they cannot always be present.
