OOC: Definitely post it on the Draftroom; off the top of my head (not to be too critical) your main armament is a little small, your armor is light and vaguely described, it probably has too many torpedo tubes, it could be faster, the displacement is way too light...there's a lot you could do with this design, but first haul it over to the Draftroom.
