1. Upper class families still come under the youth house system but will now be allowed to apply to adopt another child to replace the child they have sent to the youth house. the child that the family wish to adopt must have a clear behavior record and be aged between 6 and 14. the family must continue the childs education and weekly punishment and prepare the child for marriage.
2. girls over the age of 12 may be hired as servant girls to work for a commanding military officer's wife. a monthly wage must be sent to the youth house to pay for the girls clothing.
3. as punishment girls over the age of 12 may be sent to become a church girl. this means that the girl becomes a living goddess wears ceremonial clothing and a mask and sits in a throne in the church during religious rituals and prayer hours.
