The Executive Orders Corporation provides a variety of services to legitimate governments, including infantry training, clandestine warfare, counter-intelligence programs, reconnaissance, escape and evasion, special forces selection and training, and parachuting services. We have over 75,000 employees, 60,000 of them are in military positions. We were formed by a group of 12 ex-military personnel in 1978, from military forces including the IDF, RAF, USN, et cetera. We are moving our old headquarters in Cardiff and are looking for a nation willing to house the new headquarters. In addition, we are building national headquarters in any nations wishing an Executive Orders presence in your nation. Due to this expansion, we are also recruiting people in numerous positions including, but not limited to, military personnel. The Michiyo Empire is willing to host the headquarters of the Executive Orders Corporation. Several permanent facilities with room for expansion can be supplied in return for providing consultancy services and full cooperation with the Imperial Armed Forces.

The corporate rights of Executive Orders to operate outside Imperial territory would not be infringed upon in any manner unless those rights conflict with Imperial concerns, upon which hypothetical situation corporate executive would be notified and negotiated to an agreeable situation for both parties.

To Whomever it may concern,

While the Hills are not exactly in need of aid with such things as what you offer we are still willing to help you with a location. If you look at the map of The Hills you will notice an island in the middle that belongs to Barry Duffman, saddly this nation has crumbled. However, much of the infastructure still remains. We are willing to offer you the majority of this island, excluding just the rail that crosses it and the area West of that. Should you accept our offer please note that you will not be in the Hills itself but you be under our protection. Should anyone try to harm you in anyway at this head quarters, they will be forced to go through us. Should you need anything than we will be glad to supply it, although some things will come at a cost such as weapons. You will be free to try and recruit from us but it is known that Hillian soldiers tend to have very easy lives once they retire or are promoted above combat ranks so it may be a little difficult.
