As is now common knowledge, His Imperial Majesty, Thomas II, Lion of the House of Lothar, By the Grace of God, High King of Atruria, King of Kings, Imperial Prince of Lothar, Duke of Durenhall, Grand Master of the Chivalric Order of the Knights of the Red Eagle, Lord of Lords, Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah passed away nearly one month ago, after a heart attack. As of late, King Thomas’ bad health had been a highly publicized phenomenon, so his death was no surprise, though in a way it still comes as a horrible shock to us all.

As his son, I will officially take his place on the throne during my coronation, which will occur in exactly two months to the day. Until then, I shall be reigning in Atruria, as High Prince William I. I would be most honored if you accepted this invitation to open diplomatic relations by exchanging embassies, or even choosing to attend the my upcoming coronation.

As both condolences and congratulations are of the moment, we wish to offer you an exchange of embassies with the Xeraphian Empire.

Your compound will be located in our capitol of Ravennii on 13 acres. It includes a primary residence for your Ambassador, a secondary residence for your staff, and a barracks for your security team. Any combination of security/staff up to 50 personnel is acceptable. You are also permitted two vehicles and a HCGS, as there is a HeloPad on the premises. You may arm your security people with whatever is traditional in Atruria.

Should you wish to accomodate an embassy in your country, our Ambassador will be Admiral Lord Jack Kesey. He will be accompanied by 15 consular staff, 15 ShadowGuard, and four AI Sentinals. He will arrive in an AirWolf HCGS. His personal vehicle will be either an armored limo or an amored Humvee.

Our condolences on the passing of King Thomas II, may the gods find him worthy of continued life in the tuat. Additionally, congratulations on your ascension to the throne, Prince William! Many blessings of fortune for your most important future. Truly a day of mixed blessings for your nation.

His Holiness, Pharaoh Tuthmosis VII, in all his divine and illustrious wisdom, would be honoured to initiate diplomatic relations between our two great nations, via an embassy exchange. His Holiness has also expressed an interest in attending the proposed coronation ceremony personally, in an act of good will.
