(( Because Valgrind is having trouble making a topic himself ))
South-West of Antanjyllian City, Antalia
Mercenary Garrison of the Valgrind, Valhalla
It was here that the Mercenaries of the Valgrind had decided to set up base. Out of all the locations in the world they had settled in one of the worst possible regions for climate diversity and environmental friendliness but, alas, no other country would take the group in and give them what Antanjyl so selflessly promised to give; free land to occupy, donated equipment to use until such a time as that they could afford their own, training facilities to train their soldiers and the right to do almost whatever-the-hell-they-pleased.
The large Base of Operations, known to the members of Valgrind as Valhalla, was quite spacious for its current garrison of a mere 30 troops. For such a small group such a large building to fortify was absurd but due to their plans to quickly expand as more money began to roll through the group's coffers, the Antanjyl government decided it'd be best to build bigger than initally needed to avoid inevitable extension building in the future.
Valhalla is wedged inside a small V Shaped valley and is devoid of any fresh water source streaming in, instead relying on pumps to transport fresh drinking water from various other locations around Antanjyl to supplement the Valgrind need.
The structure itself is comprised of six levels, two of which are underground. The facility contains a mess hall, sleeping quarters, shooting range, armory and several recreation facilities as well as a vehicle warehouse and helipad.
Electrical equipment for both the group's domestic and military needs are located atop the spire, situated in the direct center of the garrison. Here the operators monitor defences, helicopter take offs and landings and an assortment of other utilities.

Antalia Government Office
The rooms beneath the Antalia capital building were lit up by the various monitors watching all things taking place within the nation itself. Vast statues of their late leader, Emperor Galf, still lined the hallways, and some spoke that he had not actually died during the war, but was still ruling behind the scenes. Thankfully, these rumors were rare, and quickly extinguished by the government's elite protection force(EPF).
In one of these rooms, numerous floors beneath the official building itself, standing in the middle of the old grindery, where Antanjyl's previous slave stock was ground up during the great war, was a room which existed as if for the sole purpose to give merit to the rumors of the few within the floors far above... Sitting in a room overlooking the magma below, barely lit except for a few torches along the wall, sat the dead Emperor Galf. The Opulence he managed to seize before his country fell into ruin surrounded him. Vast statues of his visage, paintings lining the walls, and in another room off to the side sat a massive bookcase, but none of these were more dear to the late emperor than a small computer monitor in front of him. It was from here that Galf could once again entertain the idea of once again taking over his nation...
"...Has our welcome card been sent?" The dark voice said in a coarse whisper from the massive leather seat sitting directly in front of the window, the glow giving giving the scene almost an otherworldly feel to it, "Are you sure we can trust these... foreigners?"
"Yes Lord Galf." The newly elected President Samual Karmine said with a slight bow. His green eyes reflected on the beast in front of him, an admiring smile barely perceived on his face, covered by a thick black beard, covering the rest of his head as well, "The encrypted message has been sent to the facility, and we are certain it was not intercepted. Can I get you anything else, Lord Galf?"
"Nothing yet, but we may need a bottle of champagne later, is that not what is usually required for such things?"

Old Railway Tunnel Leading to Valhalla
Meanwhile, a small truck quietly made its way through the tunnel leading from Antalia to Valhalla, the rotund truck driver repeatedly looking at the payload behind him, as if paranoid that his actions would be reported by the international government. He needed to be this careful, for the eyes of Antanjyl's enemies were everywhere nowadays, even though so many years have passed since the war.

Mercenary Garrison of the Valgrind, Valhalla
The intimidating fortress that was Valhalla stood unmoved in the squally winds raging around her as the Antanjyllian day wore on. The occupants had received word that a transport truck was to arrive later in the afternoon carrying essential supplies that would provide for the soldiers stationed there for the coming months.
They did not expect a weapon shipment, for they had supplied their own personal arsenals as per required on sign-up but they were anticipating vast quantities of ammunition in order to begin their routine training schedule. Soldiers who could be spared from other duties patrolled the exterior walkways and the Garrison's walled perimeter in caution of a possible scout send by Allanea, which they had heard had a small presence in the region.
It was not long before the truck carrying the supplies arrived via the underground tunnel that had been connected to the Garrison during construction. This made transportation easier in the winter and quite covert, away from prying eyes who might be wondering how the base remained self sufficient. On board were the expected essentials such as food and water as well as several large containers, packed to the brim with various calibers of bullets.
The driver was thanked and the truck that ran on diesel and the broken spirit of a working man returned to its home.

Antalia Government Office, Sub-Levels
In honor of the new mercenaries arriving in Antanjyl and the start of their soon to be much more expansive organization, a special portion of the Antalia Government Officers was set forth for their contacts in the capital. It was done hastily, for the group had already managed to find a job to test the Mercenaries ability in intense situations and somewhat morally questionable tasks. This test would be a high point to start them off with, but if they failed... Well, Antanjyl could eventually find men to replace them.
Their mission, which they would need to accept if they planned on leaving a positive impression on the Antanjylese Shadow Government, would be to infiltrate a small island in the tropics, and to test the Legion MK Virus on them. It wasn't as contagious as the actual Legion Virus, but it would eventually kill everything on the island, eventually dying off a few weeks later. Along with this, they would need to take out the island's communication grid and kill anyone who sees them.
"We'll just see if they accept a mission like this first, before we trust them with an actual mission..." A blond man in white lab coat said in a proud, arrogant voice, denoting that he was probably a relatively high-ranking scientists, "This will also give us much needed Field Testing on this version of the Legion Virus."
"Don't you think this is a bit... harsh for a first mission?" Another man said, at the far end of the large conference table, seated for about sixteen but currently only four were sitting there, with Galf in the background, "I mean, what if they're caught?"
"Don't worry about it." A shady looking man in a vest decked out in military medals said, humor in his voice, "Nobody has any idea that the virus is ours, and even the mercenaries can't be traced back here once they're in international waters. This mission is idiot-proof."
"I... I hope you're right." The other man said, taking a napkin to his sweat-laden forehead.

Mercenary Garrison of the Valgrind, Valhalla
The sound of gunfire echoed throughout the firing range as the twelve men that made up the only ground squad currently apart of Valgrind squeezed the trigger of their respective rifles, sending bullets hurtling down towards the paper targets at the far end of the range. Upon the paper targets were generic human body outlines sorted into varying scoring zones according to the lethality of the shot. It was not long before the large horn buzzed signifying the group was needed in the central communications tower. Because the intercom had not yet bet connected by the hard worked and sole tech guy Valgrind possessed it was unknown what the problem was. None expected it to the warning of their first grisly mission to be carried out for the Antanjyl government. The sound of magazines being slammed into rifles came next as the twelve headed for the stone steps hidden to the side.
After a short climb and an elevator ride they arrived on the communications epicenter and were immediately greeted by the Communications Officer. In his hand a piece of paper fluttered, written upon it was the orders issued by Emperor Galf.
Ground Squad Commander Jarek Bellichik: What seems to be the issue?
Communications Officer: We have just received orders from the Antanjyl Government. They detail your coming deployment to an unspecified island to release a trial strain of the Legion Virus.
Ground Squad Commander Jarek Bellichik: The Legion Virus?
Communications Officer: Correct. It was developed jointly between Maldaathi and Antanjyl in a classified laboratory in somewhere in the mountains. Strange thing is according to a background sheet also sent through, development began some 700 years ago!
OOC: I'll leave it there since you were rather vague over which island we are going to, how we are supposed to get there and how we are to administer the virus to the general population. Also we'd like vaccines just in case our NBC suits suck or something :P

OOC: Damn NS time! Antanjyl has been a MT nation for well over 700 years already! But uhh... At least you know that 700 years working on the same virus probably means that its not going to backfire on you! I'll have a vaccine sent. I say we start it up in a new topic, and just link it here. So other nations can see what we're doing.
----------------------------------------------------------
Mission Specifics
The target island in question is called El Diaz, and is located off of the coast of Brazil*. The two communications towers are all located in the populated portion of the island. To prevent anything from reaching the mainland, you will need to destroy them both within a few minutes of each other, while at the same time, releasing the virus without being seen by any civilians. Lethal force is encouraged. When you are finished, you are to place a series of high-yield explosives within the town, which will explode twelve hours after your first arrival, to hide any evidence of your arrival. The Island's total population is estimated to be around 60 thousand civilians. During no time are you to contact command during your mission, to prevent any messages being intercepted.
Supplies: Two SSVs(Stealth Submersible Vehicles), Scuba Gear for your entire team, Six twenty pound canisters of the Legion MX Virus, enough vaccines for your entire team Light-weight bio-hazard suits for your entire team, along with body armor.
The Virus: The Legion MK Virus is a more controllable strain of its parent Virus, but is still very contagious. The beginning symptoms of the virus are a slight headache and sometimes nausea. Between 4-6 hours after that, the heart, lungs, and brain begins to undergo necrosis. By eight hours, none of our lab specimens survived.
Vaccine: In the case that any of your viral containment suits are punctured, we will also be granting you enough vaccines for the entire team. These vaccines must be taken within one hour before initial exposure to the virus, and will grant a temporary twelve hours of immunity, after which the vaccine will no longer be able to convert the virus into simple proteins. Side effects may include slight headaches or nausea.
Good Luck, Soldiers!
