**Official Statement**
The Commonwealth of Tolvan has opened it's first ever Office of Public Relations after a recent Stone Institute survey showed that just 12.32% of those surveyed could list a single correct fact aboutt he Commonwealth. Given Tolvan's size (current estimates put the population at 1.2 billion) and growing influence on the world stage the Government has decided that this situation must be corrected immediately.
In order to facilitate a greater understanding of the Commonwealth the Office of Public Relations has been established in Brayton and tasked with answering all reasonable inquiries concerning the Commonwealth. However, certain information concerning the Tolvanic military and economy is classified for reasons of national security.
