SMLE Lee Enfield
This Rifle is meant for long and medium ranged fighting. It is a bolt action rifle which can fit two 5 round magazines. You can only reload if either or both the clips are empty. THis Rifle is very effective in trench warfare but is rather usless in house to house close cmbat fighting. It is very accurate.

Thompson
We are current using the 1929 model, which is armed with a 100 round barrel magazine instead of the 30 round box magazine. It is effective from 100m-1m and is very useful for supression fire and is fairly accurate.

Sten
The Sten is the standard British submachine gun, deadly at close quaters, men with stens are usually used to flank enemy positions after they are supressed. Effective range of the sten is from 80m-1m.

Bren
It is an important weapon in the squad, acting as support role. It can pin enemies even at ranges up to 300m. However it is fairly inaccurate and is most effective when at a crouch or prone position.

Boys Anti Tank Rifle
It has a 5 round clip. 20 mm penetration at 100 yards, it posses a threat to many light German armored Tractors and cars.

Universal Carrier
This cute little Vehicle offers you 8mm of armor as protection. The Bren man of your squad can attach his Bren onto this carrier to make in an on-board machine gun, Boys Anti-tank rifles and Piats can be attached as well.

"OK, men, wake up!" said Sergeant Vanek. Men staggered out of bed. "Today's your first day of training. Get your weapons. We are going to try to take over a house. Bren guys, set up shop behind the house. Get em from behind. SMLE, stay with the Brens. Everyone else, 1 person get the back door, 3 people at the front."

The mission was a success.

2 miles away from camp

"Ok gentlement, settle down. Good day lads, welcome to basic Armour Carrier training and Armoured Support Carrier weapon tatics, and im Lt. Flocks"

"First off, it is important to learn how to get out the Carrier if it gets hit or catches fire, or Jerry will have cooked Tommies for breakfast tommrow."

Each men were given a small booklet, "How get out in 7 Seconds, written by Lt. Flocks."

Soon, the men were given 30 minutes to pratice this, from Lt. FLock's view, it almost seemed like a comical movie. Men jumping into their universal carrier, and basically sprawling out of them after the whitsle blows, which signals them to get out as fast as possible.

"Alright men, thats enough."
Lt. Flocks said, laughing after the mini 30 min pratice was over.

The drivers of each squad stepped out, and given 'speical' pratice. While the rest of the men went through the old, boring "Aim at target and shoot type of training" while they watched jealously the drivers speeding across the vast desert with their Carriers.

Before the training section ended, Each Squad was issued notes for "Basic Armoured Warfare Tatics" and were told to read them and they will be Quizzed tommrow.

Lt. Dempsey listened attentivly during the breifing along with the rest of his squad. Dempsey knew that if any of his men were to be in trouble he would have to put his ass on the line to help them out, it was an officers duty to take care of the men under his command. After they had all read the booklet on escape procedure all the men had to do the practical for half an hour, it was quote nessasary...no one wanted to die in a buring vehicle.

Sergent Carrol was selected to start his driver training while the others practiced basic load and aim proceedures with their weapons. "Basic Armoured Warfare Tatics" notes were issued at the end of the days training, Lt. Dempsey would be cheaking up on the men to ensure they all read and understood their notes.

Steven was used to all these notes and assignments as he had done all this at the Military Acadamy back home, he would help others the best he could.
