Hello this is the new Prime Minister of Bynamar Zac French, revolutionary, Billionare prime minister. I am saying that just because my countries military is over 500,000 strong definatley dosen't mean that we don't need allies. I need allies to make deals with and stop this terrorist threat in my country. All you have to do is say your full countries name and the Leader and I will add you as allies to Bynamar.

We need to no more about your country before we consider allying with you
I use diplomacy first, then war, I have absolutly no chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. My military strength is only 500,000 soldiers. My best weapons are Mig 29's and Mirage M-1's. I use fair play in anything that doesen't involve war.

“Mr. Grand Arbiter, sir,” his Arch Foreign Relations Advisor Lucy Raven came in, “a new nation called Bynamar has publicly requested to form alliances with other nations.”
“Well, what do we know about them, are they communists, socialists, are they a democracy?” the mid 50 year old man asked.
“Well, we don’t really have any intelligence on them at the moment…”
“Well, send them our agreement into their alliance, the last thing we need is more enemies.”

We will work cooperatively to try and better the world, and create a world peace to stop the death and destruction. Expansionism: We as a country feel that our land and borders are large enough to do anything that our citizens feel like doing. So we aren't looking to expand Byanamar that much.
Imperialism: We use fair tactics in diplomacy.
Free Speech: Our citizens, have the right to say whatever is on their minds. If they preach terrorism (which is a minor problem in our country) then we take them away to a prison and give them a fair trial.
Political Parties: We have the following parties: Democrat, Republican, Independant and the Socialist Party
the Environment: We treat our environment very fairly and don't cut down trees that support life in them. We have many lush and beutyful rainforrests and only one desert. We try to use natural resouces and not use too much oil. We try to make hybrid vehichles and already have a line of elecric cars. There are outlets all along the countryside.

In case you didn't hear the local terrorist orginization has purchased a RT-20 long-range ballistic missile.
