John frantically called 911, and an ambulance came and John and the EMR's put her in the van and drove towards the hospital, John riding in the ambulance..

could we perhaps not have a collapse in the first five minutes of your characters having arrived in the Empire? Far too many of the RP's i have done have involved hospital scenes.
