It has come to the attention of the Faxanavian government that our troops remain woefully underclothed, wearing a variety of mismatched uniforms. However, as a smaller country, we lack a particularly large sewing and design industry. Thus we wish to contract the job to another country. As such, we open our doors to designers to help us with our problem.
The first job will consist of the design, creation, and shipping of two million suits (no, we don't have two million soldiers, but we always need extras.) The Faxanavian government is willing to pay up to 2 Billion dollars (negotiable), or about 1000 dollars a suit.
We are fairly open to design, but any and all submitted designs must have the three stars of Faxanavia (three white stars in a line) emblazoned on the shoulder and over the heart. Aside from this minor detail, we ask that all potential designers submit an indepth description of their design, to be reviewed by a Faxanavian review board.
