Prestonian Navy Needs Contractors

For many years, the Prestonians have always had their navy as a source of pride. One of Pres. Preston's stated goals was to become the equal of Havenic nations in naval strength within 30 years. While the Navy is impressive for a nation of Prestonia's size, it lacks one key elements: superdreadnoughts. The SD has always been a critical element of any respectable navy, and Prestonia is no different. As a result, the call has gone out to all storefronts and military contractors: design a superdreadnought for the next generation of Prestonian naval power. The requirements are as follows:
The vessel must be the equal of the HIQMS Hood class in firepower, or greater.
The vessel must be nuclear-powered.
It must at a minimum cruise at 20kts.
A concept picture must be supplied with the offer.
Terms of sale will be discussed when a winning bid is announced.
(OOC: The pic thing is for my preference. Personally I like to know what something looks like before buying it.)
Cazelia would hapily donate the designs of the Darkly class SF cruisers, which can carry 4 S/A-0 fighters, which will also be donated.

Burlovia´s navy can offer cheaper, but still efficient choice. Somonov type is a stealth ship and widely used in Burlovian navy. It can also carry a maximum of twenty small-sized missiles, and a crew of 70 men. It has two battle ship cannons on deck, and 4 AA guns. The speciality of this ship is it´s superiority in arctic waters, as it is designed to break ice. Carries two helicopters.

Firstly, IQNAS stands for Imperial Questarian Naval Air Service. The Hood is a ship, not a plane...
Anything the size of the Hood would not move 30 knots.
Supercapital pictures take weeks to draw. I don't think people are going to draw one specifically for you.

Also, people really personalize their SDs...I like my Apophis-class too much to give the design away. Oh, and technically, a ship of the size you're describing will be a supercap, or supercapital ship, not an SD.

Not to sound like a n00b, but what's the difference between a supercapital and an SD? I always thought the terms were interchangable.
