To: Fürher Christoph Baker
CC: Dr. Johann Sebastian Perez
From: Lord-General Kruchina Drakonov
Unfortunately, the world is once again in turmoil, and sometimes desperate times indeed call for desperate measures.
As Prussians, it is our duty, stated by God, to look out for one another, and due to the comradeship of the Wanderjaren and Dersconi people.
I request your presence, and invite you to the Wolfschanze Estate for a private meeting to discuss such programmes.
Lord General Kruchina Drakonov
Overseer, National Military Command Centre
General Staff
The Divine Prussian Empire of Derscon

Baker did not reply to the message. He merely boarded an aircraft and set out for the meeting place with his Dersconian Allies. He arrived several hours later, and was escorted to the Wolfschanze Estate as requested. His Honour Guard was light, knowing it wasn't necessary in a fellow Prussian's nation, but maintaining it simply as a show to all onlookers to not screw around with the Wanderjarians.
He exited his vehicle and walked towards the building, awaiting whatever his Ally, his Prussian Brother, required of him.
(OOC: Sorry about the shitty post. Not alot I can write right now though.)
Dr. J.S. Perez did not need a second opinion as to whether or not this programme would be 'inhumane' or 'illegal'. He figured that it would be both seeing the persons invited to this gathering.
And that was all the better for him.
He boarded his V-22 and took the relatively short flight to meet with the Dersconi about this new defense strategy.
Upon reaching the Wolfschanze Estate, he and his guard (yes, only one, though the last diplomat to show up on Dersconi soil with only one guard never came back...) were led into the briefing room to begin the session.
Wolfschanze Estate
They arrived at the small town's airport, just outside the forest, and were driven up to the gates of the WS Estate, the gates opening for them in time so they never had to slow down. The Wolfschanze estate was located just outside a small town overlooking a large, beautiful Lake Shalvyetya. The actual Estate, though, was on the cliff's edge.
Lord General Kruchina Drakonov was standing in front of the two thick doors to the main house. He had no guards with him, surprisingly -- in fact, General Drakonov was rarely seen with guards at all, the Drakonov family having been a descendent of the same line as the Andropovs.
"Welcome to Wolfschanze. Please, come in." Drakonov was probably the best friend to foreign security forces -- which is why he was never placed in charge of security when anyone else was around.
He led them to a smaller lounge room, motioning them to sit down on some of the couches, he himself taking a seat, servants coming in to deliver drinks.
"Thank you both for coming. While the atmosphere is relaxed, I am a general, not a politician, so I shall get straight to business.
"We are faced, in this current world, with a need to destroy more people while saving infrastructure, as well as saving our men. Tsar Xavier has authorized me to call you two here to discuss this rising development. This is why we are here, to develop more dangerous, more effective, weapons of mass destruction."
