The new Prime Minister of Bynamar, Jay Gangman was giving a public speech about urban terrorism on televison when out of the blue, the UN meeting place suddenly bursted into flames. The whole act was caught on film. When the video was shown on live TV officials noticed that the bomb exploded from the bottom of the building.
The next day Prime Minister Jay Gangman proposed that Bynamar should have a special anti-terrorism agency he would call the A.T.A.
Right away it was formed and worked to stop terrorists in Bynamar and neighboring countries.
