Shiloba

President Amdar Melwasul walked out from behind the curtains, stood behind the podium, and looked at the 40,000 screaming fans.
"I thank you all for coming. I will deliver both good and bad news today. I will start with the good news. We've now confirmed that terrorists are not a threat to Shiloba anymore." said Amdar, in his deep calm voice.
The croud began cherring very loudly, at least half of them clapping their hands, some women even had tears in their eyes. It felt to them all that a huge weight had been lifted off their back. They could go to bed now not expecting to hear a loud blast in the middle of the night, and be running from sirens.
"However," began the President "I must tell you the bad news. We've suffered the highest amount of casualties on the history of the earth. We've had over 6,000 brave men and women die. Fighting to keep you, and me safe, and free. So all that I ask from all of you is that you give 3 minutes from your day, and lower your head in a moment of silence."
They all did so. The whole stadium was silenced, minus the sniffles of families who lost their son, or daughter. Everyone in the room was thinking the same thing at that moment, and might I add feeling the same thing too.
"And so we gather here." ended President Amdar.
The audience looked up, and there was another 10 seconds of silence. Then a loud, and warm applause broke out. Even the President's guards were clapping. A small tear rolled down the President's cheek. At last Shiloba was free. That's all Shilobans ever want; freedom.

After only three months of fighting in long hot urban gun battles, Shiloba managed to pull through and eliminate the threats. However, they suffered the highest amount of casualties ever, totalling to 6,478. There were over 2,000 more from other nations who bravely gave their lives to help others. Shiloba thanks you for that.
