First of all The Democratic Republic of Seng Han wishes to apologise for the looseness of the previous version of IPPT(International Peace Protectorate Treaty).We hope that those who were unhappy with IPPT Version One will be satisfied with this version. To first-time readers, enjoy!
IPPT Charter Second Version
All Non-completely Communist,Non-Psychotic,Non-Evil, and Non-Corrupt Nations are cordially invited to join. If a Communist nation wishes to join, it must be partially Democratic, or a Republic.
The IPPT Member Nations are obliged to follow these guidelines :
Mutual Non-Aggression Section
All Member Nations are not allowed to attack another Member Nation of the IPPT.
Mutual Economic Section
All Member Nations have to give each other minimum 5% discount at their Storefronts, regardless of what they sell.
If a Member Nation is suffering economically, all other Member Nations are to assist it economically or otherwise similar means.
Mutual Military Defence Section
In the event of a Member Nation being attacked, all other Member Nations are to send aid in military,medical or other forms as soon as possible.
International Low-Aggression Section
All Member Nations are not allowed to attack any other Nation in the world without a valid reason, and if they do, must have consent of any 60% of the other Member Nations. This is unless that Member Nation has publicly declared in "International Incidents" Forum that it will attack a certain nation at least 24 hrs in advance, and at the same time declaring a valid reason.
International Military Defence Section
In the event of a foreign nation being attacked, Member Nations must do their best to help that Nation UNLESS there is an obviously valid reason.
Acceptance of any new version of IPPT Section
Member Nations are automatically regarded as having joined all future versions of IPPT unless there is a very major drastic change.
