King Felipe has decreed that this is a time of increased Portugese influence in our sphere of influence. Because of this, the Portugese Empire has decided to extend their boundaries in Portugese Africa and Portugese America.
Mobilizing the Portugese troops and the native soldiers stationed in both these areas, our gracious King has declared that native troops shall subdue through means the peoples of southern Venezuela, and set up a new perimeter that includes this.
In Portugese Africa, the King has decided that we should stabilize this region by building additional barricades, and recruiting various autonomous tribes to join our cause. We shall also push farther north, conquering the independent Western Sahara.
