when The Hatarian Empire fell to the barbarian prussians, many of the Nomadic tribes joined to become The Steppe Empire, but one Tribe, The Sea Fareing Ryous did not join, and moved on their floating Village Boats and went off to find a new home, landing on a undiscovered Island Group, like their old Black Islands home. and these were soon Named The Ryou Black Islands.

The Ryous may have been a Hatarian Tribe, but they were Not Hatarians, they were of the same stock as the people of Automagfreek, Gholgothians. Gholgoth was their original homeland. The Ryous soon took The New Islands as their own home in Xanadou, close to other nations for trade and the start of a Empire that will one day show the glory of a lost Empire and a Powerful Region for all Time.

A small boat tossed in the violent storm. The two onboard weren't sailors, they were farmers in need of money so badly they agreed to ship cargo on the rough seas. The remote beach was on the largest Island of the new Black Islands (since the Old ones were destroyed) The Island of Torkhanifan. The Nearest City was the small port city of Reji. Fishing Boats were out on the Water for the days job of fishing.

The Ryou Imperial Government was ruled by a Empress, or Kimkai'tao'van or High God Cheif in Ryouese. The Kimkai'tao'van ruleing was Sakura Tokonaraga.

The Ryous Worship The Kimkai'tao'van as a god and he or she has Total power over The Nation as a Dictator.

This was a Island group ruled by Absolute rule

Gunnery Sgt. Thomas Knight lit his cigarette and continued to inspect his marines. The men looked terrifying in their desert camo, with their gas masks and dog tags of their slain enemies tied to their belts. The marines were not to fight the Ryou people, but to be part of the show, acting as the representatives of the Cazelian military

15 Minutes later, a squadron of Skylords were thundering toward the islands, stashed in the back of one was a barronian flag - if these islands weren't occupied, they were Barronia's.

Splitting, the helicopters came to rest on the islands, where the soldiers began scouting the islands.

"Sir! We've found a settlement. Your orders?"
"Hold back. I'm on my way. We'll see if we can't introduce ourselves..."

Stepping toward the village, soldiers' weapons on their backs, the commander waited for someone to approach. Straightening his tie, he hoped that these particular natives would be slightly friendlier than others he had met...

Near The Village of Reji, The Watchmen saw the soldiers coming and Closed The Gate and over one thousand Ryou Soldiers, armed with Ak-47s, they were hideing on The Wall.

Speeking of The Ryou Military, it's Navy had only 12 Ayanami Class Destroyers, 8 Sharktooth Class Battleships and 10 Dead Moon Class Cruisers. The Ryou had no Army or Air Force and The Soldiers were in fact......Marines

Captain Molsky had just put 1st Officer Jameson in charge and was headed below decks, when he saw several planes fly over the ships and head back from where they came.

"What the hell?" he swore and ran back to the bridge

"Where did those planes come from?" he asked

"From the Islands to the east of us, we aren't sure of their country of origin." replied Officer Jameson

"Lets check it out, put some men on the Bellatrix and make a landing party."

Two large cargo ships under the flag of MelekTaus saw the islands. They had been out on the water for weeks. A storm had knocked out most of their navigational equipment. Captian Brenden Downings of the Aristotle felt that they should try to make landing on the islands. Hopefully people would be there who could help them refuel and get back the Hillain Waters. He sent a message over to the Socrates stating this and Captian Eamon O'Shill agreed. The two ships began to circle the islands together in search of a port or suitable LZ.

The Cargo Ships were being fallowed by a Junk, a large one. The sailing ship appeared to have no one on it. It was heading for the two ships.

He ran to the bridge and told the captain. A message was sent out on short range radio, one of the few things they still had, "SOS we are low on supplies, in need of port, please respond!"

The Junk continued to come closer, and it apppeared their was no one around on The Ship. and on the deck was something under a sheet.

Near by was a odd sight, It was a Floating City, 29.7 sq mi wide and long, Large Pattle Wheels helpped it along as it moved.

This was Shang Li Zaou, The City of Trade.

The Ayanami Class Destroyer Orca was near The Beach of the Island of Kapaii when The ship was sighted. Captian Mesai Yankia looked at The unknown ship. "Fire a Warning Shot across their bow." she said.

The Orca soon fired one shot near the unknown ship.

The Zolotaja Osen, a bulk cargo ship registered to the Adygean shipping company Nastasia Marine Corp., steamed along at a steady eight knots through the waters surrounding the Ryou Islands (and, unbeknownst to the crew, near the three ships). She flew the Adygean ensign: a navy saltire cross on white. Their navigational equipment had been knocked out in a storm on the way across the Atlantic, and were thus cruising along in a vague westerly direction, in the hopes that they would either see land or another ship. So far, they had seen neither, and no hail had come answered.

Any ship, said the captain mechanically. This is Zolotaja Osen. We have the navigational equipment failed, he went on, his voice deep and richly hued with a Caucasian accent. Any ship, respond please.

One Fishing Boat was near the beach and the crew soon started a fire to signal any near by ships.

He cleared his throat, before switching on the loudhailer and, well, hailing those at the gate.

"This is Lieutenant-Colonel John Allen, Pan-Arab Barronia Naval Support Corps! We wish to speak with the person in charge! We are prepared to come in unarmed if necessary!"

two hundred Ryou Marines from the Sharktooth Class Battleship Ocean Blade were heading for the Area of The Crash, a Island called Sani Kou. The Ship had seen the Helicopter Crash on that island and were sending the marines to Cheek it out and bring any Parts back to the Ship.
