For Immediate Release

Elite Arms Inc. Announces New Factories

Due to recent labor shortages in Dartia, Elite Arms Inc. has announced plans to construct fifteen new factories overseas. The new factories are expected to be built in Vetaka, Wagdog, Aurum Domus, Green Hawk, and Kampfers over the course of the next 5-7 years.

These factories will produce a wide array of components and finished products including:

- Microprocessors
- Circuit Boards
- GPS Receivers
- Tires
- Ammunition
- Small Arms
- Body Armor
- Automobiles
- Tanks
- Aircraft
- Ships

Phase I of construction is already underway in Wagdog and Aurum Domus, where factory foundations are being laid.

Despite the relatively recent negotiations between Dartia and their new economic partners, there is already speculation that certain Phase III nations may not receive the factories they were promised. While no official statement has been made, experts point to instability in Green Hawk and cooling relations with Kampfers as signs of possible problems down the road.

RE: New Factories

Dear Sirs,

We are saddened to hear that labor shortages in your country are giving you difficulties. As a long standing trade partner of Elite Arms, Vandaheim would like to gladly offer what help we can to ensure the stability and long term profitability of Elite Arms. Vandaheim would be extremely receptive to opening factories on Vandaheimian soil to produce Elite Arms subcomponents, as this is just the sort of high tech market that Vandaheim is trying to get into and diversify ourselves from over-dependence on oil trade. Should you be interested in broadening your horizons into Vandaheim, I'm sure we could offer you a package with some lucrative incentives.

Thank you,

Re: Factories

We had only planned to open additional factories in those five nations. However, we are always open to new opportunities. If your nation is stable, we'd like to hear what sort of incentives you have for us to do business in your nation.

ooc: Well, I didn't really realize if you need any new location for factories or not, but just in case:

As always Olmedreca is open to foreign investments. Our taxes are extremely low, laws are generally very pro-market, and as government holds education as one of the main priorities, we also have qualified workforce. There is only one serious limitation, as immigration to Olmedreca is very limited foreign investors need to use local workforce. Many foreign companies, like Northern Baltic Military Storefront or VLT Automotive, already have factories in Olmedreca.
